My Pre-engagement Ring...

August 10, 2013...I went to a Murder Mystery with my sisters, and it was a lot of fun!  I didn't have a lot of time to get ready for the temple, so I still had black fingernail polish on.  You came to my door all dressed in your suit and tie.  You looked so handsome.  You told me that you had something for me and it was a pre-engagement present.  You pulled out a ring box from your pocket and there was this very adorable pre-engagement ring.  You got all smiley and said, “It’s a promise ring!”  I just giggled and couldn’t keep my eyes off of it.  It is beautiful!!!  It is swirly zirconium and more like a big band and not raised up.  I absolutely love it!!!  You got it for me to check my ring size and to see how I liked it.  Well…you were spot on.  I wear it every day and seriously just stare at it.  There are over 100 little zirconium pieces and they are just beautiful.  You did a great job picking it out.  I do wear it on my ring finger of my left hand.  It is just perfect.  Well, we thought it would be funny to send a picture of my finger to my mom and some friends.  We did and some of my friends were mad when they found out it was a joke…my mom thought it was hilarious!  We then went to the temple and took a picture of me and my ring in front of the temple and sent it to all your family (I never got that picture from you since your phone broke)…siblings and all.  You just sent the picture, and nothing else.  You got so many texts and phone calls.  It was very funny to me.  Your mom did not think it was funny at all.  I love thinking about getting married to you!  You are the best thing that has ever happened to me.  You are so sweet, gentle, kind and ALWAYS thinking of me.  I LOVE you!!!
