The Tucker Family Reunion...

August 17, 2013...We went to The Tucker Reunion this weekend (Brighton and her kids, Taric, Kyan and Cambria all came).  It was so nice for everyone to welcome my sister to be at the reunion as well.
We went to the girls’ camp up in Heber.  The kids just loved it!  We each found bunk beds in the cabins to stay in.  Our cabin had Ted's family, Brighton's family and John and I.  Each family was in charge of a meal.  It was so nice, because everything was taken care of.  JT and Joanna paid for the camp ground and for all the 2 challenge courses we did.  It was just a
very fun weekend.  The Tucker family does this every year and we try to get as many of the Tuckers as we can up there.  This year the only families missing were Jim and Meredith and Cindy and Jess.  The whole trip was a blast.  We took the kids on some adventure hikes.  We would ask them to find different things.  The kids just loved it, and it gave the kids something to do and allowed the parents some time on their own.  Cambria just loved you.  She would crawl into your arms and just snuggle you.  She
would walk beside you holding your hand, or just be independent...but she always made sure you were close by.  It was fun to play games, and just spend quality time with your family without feeling like there was a time limit.  We just all talked, ate smore's, went on hikes, did challenge courses and just enjoyed each others' company.  Some people brought activities for us to do.  We made tye-dye shirts with all the kids using sharpie markers
and hydrogen peroxide.  They all turned out really cool looking.  I love how you claim me around your family.  You are so proud of being with me.  It is the cutest thing ever.  You were so cute and made me feel so special the entire time we were up there this weekend.  I love how secure you make me feel.  I brought my own sleeping gear to make sure I was warm enough.  You went out and bought me a twin bed blow up mattress to fit in the camping cabins on one of the bunk beds.  You were worried about my back hurting and wanted to make sure I was
comfortable.  You then brought me extra bedding to make it that much more comfortable.  On top of that, you brought me a fan with your generator to make sure I had some background noise to go to sleep with.  You also brought some really nice blankets for yourself and ended up making me use them as more padding to make sure I was comfortable while you kept an itchy wool blanket that was too short for you and your legs were sticking out.  You wouldn’t take your other blanket back (even
though I had plenty of blankets for me) because you just loves taking care of me.  You also brought me some gloves in case I got cold at night.  You are ALWAYS doing things to make sure I am taken care of.  I just can’t believe how much you think about me all the time.  You seriously are the best guy ever!  You were super cute and wanted to match all weekend with his family there, so we wore all the matching shirts that you got us from your work.  It would make other people want to throw up, but we
just love it and are just fine to show people that we are together and that we love each other!  I think it is super cute, and so do you!  We did a couple challenge courses and they won’t let you do them if you don’t have pants on.  I didn’t bring any pants and so I was just not going to do them.  That was unacceptable to you.  You made me wear some of your pants.  I told you I didn’t want to because I am at my heaviest weight right now
and very self conscious about it and I didn’t want to try on his pants to find out that they were tight on me or fit me.  Well…you just told me to try them on and if I wasn’t comfortable, I didn’t have to wear them and I didn’t have to show him.  I tried them on and they were just fine.  They were big and I felt fine in them.  You told me multiple times how cute I looked in them and how you were so happy that I agreed to wear them because they looked cute and all huge on me and you really were happy
that I was able to do the challenge courses with you and get pictures together.  You are just my little hero and you think that I am the most beautiful thing ever.  The other day you told me that if I am feeling insecure, then you are not doing your job.  You said that I should be 100% secure when I am with you and that you will do a better job to make sure I know how beautiful I am.  I think that is so cute that you are being so cute
to me like that.  You do love me and you do think the world of me.  I have always know how much you love me and I have been so grateful for that.  The other day when I told you that I was at my highest weight you said, “Yay…that means you feel comfortable around me!”  I thought that was so cute.  You are always looking on the positive side of things
and I am so grateful to you for that!  When we got back from camping, we went and got a shake to share, we always share.  It is August, but it was chilly in the car and rainy outside.  We walked into JCW and I got goose bumps right away.  You went right out to the car and grabbed your big zip up hoodie that you had in the car.  You wanted to make sure I was warm enough.  You also said that on you way home one day from work
and you stopped by Cabella’s and they had a big camouflage jacket (like the one you have) in womans.  You wanted to get it for me, but didn’t because you like it when I wear your jacket and you don't want me to stop wearing your jacket.  I LOVE how you LOVE to take care of me.  You are so dang cute and I love the way I see several times a day how much you love me through your actions and words.  I am SOOOO blessed to have you in my life.  I really hope you see the things I do for you.  I feel like you do such a better job at taking care of me than I take care of you.  I hope when we get married that I will be able to show you more, like making you breakfast or lunch.  You keep telling me you are going to do all of that for me.  You are just
so so so so so so so cute!  I am so lucky to have you as my man!!!
